Bajee Bip Terms & Conditions — What you need to know before using the platform

Bajee Bip (bajeebip.im) is an international online gaming platform. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all members using the platform. By registering, logging in, or using Bajee Bip in any way, you are deemed to have fully accepted these Terms.

These terms are provided in Bengali for your convenience. However, the English version shall prevail in the event of any legal dispute. Bajee Bip reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

To open an account with Bajee Bip, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be 18 years of age or older. A national ID card or passport may be required as proof of age.
• Only one account per person is allowed. If the same individual opens multiple accounts, all of them will be closed and any remaining balance may be forfeited.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate and truthful. Providing incorrect details will result in account verification failure.
• Keeping your account password secure is your responsibility. Bajee Bip will not be liable for any misuse of your account.
• Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is completed.

The following rules apply to all financial transactions on Bajee Bip:

• Deposit: Deposits must be made using approved payment methods including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Minimum deposit amount is ৳50.
• Withdrawal: KYC verification must be completed before withdrawals can be processed. Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Processing time is typically 1–24 hours.
• Same Method: Withdrawals must generally be made through the same method used for the deposit.
• Currency: All transactions will be displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• Charges: No additional charges on deposits. Payment gateway fees may apply to withdrawals.

Payments via third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. If a payment is found to originate from a third party, the account and associated funds will be suspended.

Bajee Bip offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers. These bonuses come with their own terms and conditions that must be followed:

• Wagering Requirement: Every bonus comes with a wagering requirement (typically 15x–35x the bonus amount). Winnings from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until this requirement is met.
• Time Limit: Every bonus has an expiry period. If wagering requirements are not completed within the specified time, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Game Restrictions: Some bonuses are applicable to specific games only and cannot be used outside of those games.
• Fraudulent Bonus Use: If bonus abuse is detected — such as claiming bonuses across multiple accounts — all bonuses and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Maximum Bet: A maximum bet limit generally applies while a bonus is active.

All games on Bajee Bip are powered by RNG (Random Number Generator) technology and independently audited by third parties. Ensuring a fair and equal chance for every player is our top priority.

• If a game is interrupted mid-round due to a technical error, the bet for that round will be refunded.
• In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final. Disputes are resolved through video recording review.
• In Sports Betting, if an event is cancelled or postponed, bets will be refunded or settled according to the applicable odds.
• If you notice any bug or glitch in the gaming software, report it to support immediately. Exploiting errors is strictly prohibited.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Bajee Bip and will result in immediate account closure and legal action:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Using bots, automation software, or artificial intelligence to play games.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in money laundering or transacting with illegally obtained funds.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing other players or staff.
• Impersonating Bajee Bip or attempting phishing on its behalf.

Bajee Bip shall not be held liable for the following:

• Game losses resulting from internet disconnection.
• Any losses caused by issues with your device or software.
• Delays or issues caused by third-party payment gateways.
• Losses resulting from keeping your account credentials insecure.
• In the event of service disruption caused by unavoidable natural disasters or force majeure circumstances.

Bajee Bip is committed to delivering a high-quality experience at all times. In the event of a temporary service interruption, we will work to restore access as quickly as possible.

You may close your account at any time. As part of responsible gaming, Bajee Bip offers the following self-exclusion options:

• Temporary Break: Accounts can be temporarily suspended for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days.
• Extended Break: Accounts can be suspended for 6 months or 1 year.
• Permanent Closure: Permanent account closure is also available upon request.

Bajee Bip may also close an account on its own initiative if a term is violated, fraud is suspected, or legal requirements demand it. In such cases, any legitimate funds in the account will be returned following the applicable process.

Bajee Bip stores your personal information with the utmost confidentiality. The data we collect is used solely for the following purposes:

• To complete account verification and the KYC process.
• To process transactions and prevent fraud.
• To provide customer support.
• To meet legal and regulatory obligations.
